Learning to dance is a great way to socialize and have fun.We’ll meet every 1st Saturday to learn a different Latin or Ballroom dance each month:Each class is a free beginner level.SALSA LESSON @ 6PMYou don’t have to be a member of Life.Church to attend. All denominations are welcome to come and enjoy. Non-Christians are very much welcome.Bring your friends and family. However, this is an 18+ event. Child care is not provided at this time.You can also come by yourself. They’ll be plenty of new folks to meet. You don’t have to have a dance partner.In partnership dance, one person is the Lead and the other a follower. The Lead is responsible for guiding the dance and signaling the follower into different moves and footwork. The follower helps execute the movements signaled by the Lead.We will rotate partners during class so you have a chance to dance with different people. It is optimal for learning to dance.You can wear well-fitting athletic/casual footwear with smooth soles. The smooth soles allow your feet to glide along the wood floor. No flip flops or sneakers.
