This class is designed to teach students recipes that can be replicated at home with minimal assistance as well as introducing them to new skills and product!  Teamwork is also a very important component to the class structure. Looking forward to seeing your young chefs, soon!   

Menu Includes:
· Turkey Turnovers (Each student creates individual turnovers; learning about preparing filling and forming pastry) 
· Delish Dressing (Students will learn about cornbread-based dressing and individually make their own)
· Easy Peasy Pumpkin Pie
· Cranberry Spice Spritzer (Group Demo)

Reminders!!
· PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
· Age requirement is 6-17 years old. 
· Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance. 
· The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
· The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
· Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
· Inform us of any serious food allergies
