By completely letting go and allowing the sound to envelop you without resistance you can enter a deep state of meditation with Theta brainwaves being produced resulting in heightened spiritual awareness and even Bliss.

The 75 minute session starts with an overview of the sounds you will hear from the 38 inch gong and the assortment of mallets that will be used, followed by a guided meditation to help you get comfortable and relaxed to receive the gong bath. The session will end with the gentle sounds of a maple rainstick and provide time for journaling. Your experience will be unique to you and may involve a range of emotions.  Be mindful, accepting the moment for what it is without judgement.

It is recommended that you do not eat for two to three hours before the session, stay hydrated and wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. You may also want to bring a journal to record your experience. If you have a pacemaker please check with your doctor first.
