About the event

Grief Group

If you have grief that needs released, join us for Center 26's Grief Group, hosted by Crystal & Caylee. We will meet every two weeks, on Monday evenings at 6:30. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth can happen together. There is something powerful about community, about not walking through grief alone. Truth is you are NOT alone, we are all grieving in some form. Our group is donation based so feel free to leave our hosts an energy exchange and/or bring a snack tray to share with the class.
