Michelle  Merchant from  the Indian Nations Council of Governments will address both the challenges and the path forward  for Tulsa  to improve its air quality. 

The meeting will take place in the Red Barn to the NE of the Tulsa Garden Center.

Michelle Merchant is a Senior Sustainability Planner at INCOG and has served as Director for Tulsa Area Clean Cities since October of 2021. She earned dual degrees in Environmental Policy and Economics from the University of Tulsa and was recognized as the Outstanding Senior in Environmental Policy for the Class of 2021. Michelle has also completed studies in Sustainable Development at the School for Field Studies in Costa Rica. Her passion for community-centered work has led to experiences with many Tulsa-area nonprofits including the Oklahoma Sustainability Network and Oklahoma Policy Institute.
