The time it takes to walk the labyrinth is completely up to the individual, no one will be hurried.As walkers complete their labyrinth journey, they will be invited to enjoy a refreshment while others finish their walk.Once everyone has completed walking the labyrinth, we will set up for the Sound Bath.ITEMS TO BRING:WaterFunctional Movement: yoga or exercise matLabyrinth walk: items with a special meaning, such as prayer beads, crystals, rosary, etc. We will provide rocks which you are encouraged to carry on your walk and then inscribe after to memorialize the experience.Sound Bath: We will have 16 anti-gravity chairs - available on a first come, first serve basis - upon arrival to the Labyrinth. The Sound Bath will take place on the Labyrinth.
