Raduege, Jr., Lieutenant General, USAF (Ret)General Harry Raduege is the Founder and Chairman of The Raduege Group which provides strategic advisory in the areas of national security; defense; communications; command and control; information technology; satellite, space, information, and network operations; Cyberspace; and cybersecurity.Raduege also is a Senior Counselor with The Cohen Group, a strategic advisory firm led by former U.S. Senator and Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen and a Senior Partner with Elara Nova, a global professional services firm focused on helping businesses and government agencies maximize the strategic advantages of the space domain. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Cybersecurity Center, a national-level nonprofit organization that provides collaborative cybersecurity knowledge and services to the United States. The NCC was founded in 2016 with goals of developing the cybersecurity workforce; collaborating with the private sector, military, and federal agencies; and supporting and educating the public sector to better protect our cities, states, and national assets. The NCC also was instrumental in establishing and helping to operationalize the Space Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Space ISAC).Raduege is a former Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency and Manager of the National Communications System. In these positions and following the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, he led efforts to restore communications in the Pentagon and throughout New York City. He also led efforts to upgrade Presidential and National Security communications through a $1 billion transformational communications program. Later, he was appointed by the Secretary of Defense as the Deputy Commander for Global Network Operations and Defense for the U.S. Strategic Command and as the first DOD Commander of the Joint Task Force for Global Network Operations.Following military retirement, Raduege served as Chairman of the Deloitte Center for Cyber Innovation and Managing Director for Cyber Risk Services for Deloitte & Touche LLP. He co-chaired the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Commission on Cybersecurity for the 44th Presidency and was a Senior Advisor to the Task Force on Cybersecurity for the 45th Presidency. He also served as a Special Government Employee within the Department of Homeland Security, on the Board of Governors of the United Services Organization (USO), and as the Managing Partner of the RIDGE-LANE LP Information Technology Practice.General Raduege currently serves on the Board of the National Cybersecurity Center, as a Senior Advisor to the Air & Space Forces Association “CyberPatriot” program, and Chairman Emeritus of the Air Force Cyberspace and Air Traffic Control Association.
