Our gentle yoga class, with Amy Kida is designed specifically for beginners or anyone who needs a more relaxed and gentle approach to yoga. In this class, we focus on gentle stretching at each joint and practicing controlled breathing techniques. It's the perfect class for those with scar tissue, replacement joints, or anyone with achy or worn bodies. We take it easy, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably. Each session concludes with a soothing Shavasana, accompanied by the calming sounds of crystal bowls, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. After class, stay for a cup of tea and enjoy a moment of tranquility. Our class is donation-based, making it accessible for everyone.
