CNY Beer Week: From The Cellar

We are pulling up a very limited number of bottles of our double gold winning Saison Blend One and White Port Stiff Finnish (both originally released Thanksgiving Weekend in 2023 after extensive aging) for in-house bottle pours and to-go sales.

Saison Blend One (6.3% ABV) - 2024 & 2025 NYS Gold Medal winner! A blended saison treat aged for 15 months in a White Port barrel.

White Port Stiff Finnish (9.4%ABV) - Our Stiff Finnish Belgian Tripel barrel aged for 15 months in a White Port barrel.
