At the same time, it doesn't mean that we should always be mature and grounded, but to be aware when we are not and learn to include all our parts and ages.

The goal isn't to fix all trauma in one weekend, but to figure out what's what and learn to focus on the real need, so adult intimacy can become something freer, calmer, and more authentic.
