Relax at the end with a Sound Bath with 7 Crystal singing bowls with Natalie Ivy Strickland. Natalie has been holding sacred space for healing for 15 years now with her many offerings including yoga, meditation, sound healing, Reiki and Light Healing and Behavioral health topics for growth and healing.  She connects with Higher Divine Feminine to bring in the Loving Healing Light. She specializes in assisting individuals with transforming trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and recovery.
Self care and soul healing are a must on our journey of life.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and yoga mat. Blankets and chairs provided.
