We will create and encourage our inner fire to grow within us during this sound bath session. The Solar Plexus area holds all of our feelings and our life force. Developing this 3rd chakra is key to strength in the Fall months. We will use gong to release what is hidden, crystal & Tietan bowls to encourage and develope this 3rd chakra. Chimes to lighten our feelings and drum to ground us and connect us to the earth.
