Campers will mix, measure, taste, and test as they learn how heat, acids, enzymes, and fermentation transform everyday ingredients into delicious results. This year’s camp is even more exciting, with brand-new recipes and fresh food experiments that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. From edible experiments to bubbling jars and kitchen challenges, young chefs will build confidence, sharpen their scientific thinking, and discover that learning can be both tasty and unforgettable.Ages: 10 -13Time: 8am - 2pmSession I: June 9 - 13; Cost: $360Session II: June 16 - 20; Cost: $315 (*4-day week due to observed July 4th holiday)*Each session teaches the same curriculum, so we discourage students from enrolling in more than one session of the same camp. Check out our BakingCulinary Camp if you're looking for another culinary experience for ages 10-13!*When you are registering please enter the camper's name with the parent/gaurdian information*Refund Policy: Full refund 30 days before camp start date; 50% refund up to 14 days before camp start date; no refunds thereafter.*Sick Policy Guidelines: Tucson Village Farm camps will follow the University of Arizona, CDC, and State of Arizona Guidelines. We ask that you do not send your camper if they have had a fever or symptoms have not improved in the last 24 hours.Questions?
