We will begin with a cup of cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its heart-opening and grounding qualities.

As we sip together, we invite softness, presence and love into the body; welcoming reflection and introspection.

From that loving space, we’ll flow into mindful movement and music ~ releasing through breath and rhythm.

We will close with a sound meditation, allowing energy and our intentions to integrate in stillness and peace.
