Carve Your Own Traditional Peep Shorebird with Andrew Tonnesen

Hunting Shanty, Tuckerton Seaport

Led by expert decoy carver Andrew Tonnesen, this workshop introduces participants to the time-honored craft of shorebird carving. Instruction includes basic knife-carving techniques, tool maintenance, rustic-style painting, and carving safety. Each participant will complete their own peep shorebird to take home.

This is a great adult beginner class!

Participants must be 12 years of age or older. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No prior experience required. This class will be limited to 12 participants-advanced reservations are encouraged.

$60 for Non-members | $54 for Seaport Members
