Lock in for the 11th annual Broadleaf Writers Conference.
Through September 30, 2025, you get BOTH days of the conference for the rock bottom price of $150.
Your registration includes one pitch or mentoring session, lunch for both days of the conference, and a morning snack spread that includes coffee.
In-person and virtual attendance options available. Recordings of all panels and workshops will be sent to registered attendees after the conference.
INVEST IN YOU! Attending a writing conference is an opportunity to invest in yourself as a writer, to learn from experts, and to become a part of a community of writers that inspire, uplift and support one another!
With your registration, you will receive access to all sessions of the 11th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference and you will be able to schedule a one-on-one with a literary agent or publisher rep!
Additionally, we offer you the opportunity to schedule one-on-one mentoring sessions with an author or agent of your choice. This is great chance to learn more about writing and the publishing industry without the pressure of a pitch!
On Saturday, we will once again present a First Pages Critique featuring a panel of agents and publishers representatives. Be sure to submit your first page prior to the conference in order to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to get your manuscript on the right path!
Even if you don't submit your page, this panel offers invaluable insight into what agents are looking for.
Thanks in large part to our experience conducting virtual conferences through the pandemic, we’re excited to offer a virtual component as well! For any reason that you may have, you can now choose to attend our in-person conference from your home!
If you’re coming from out of town, there are plenty of hotels in the area. We will once again arrange for a room block at the Courtyard Marriot in downtown Decatur (2 blocks from the library). The rate offers you a considerable discount, so once it’s available, book right away! Rooms are limited.
