Attendees will gain insights into common fire hazards, preventive strategies, emergency response measures, and how communities can work together to build safer homes.Guest Speaker: Ir Professor Gaby KUNIr Professor Gaby KUN is an experienced professional in property and facilities management, engineering, ESG, occupational safety and health, and smart‑building technologies. He has held senior roles across major telecommunications, media, and facility management organisations and teaches at City University of Hong Kong and THEi as an Adjunct Professor.Professor KUN holds multiple fellowships and chartered qualifications across engineering, safety, and facilities management, along with extensive experience in IoT smart buildings, smart‑city applications, and AI‑driven data centres.Please note:This is an in‑person event intended for those based in Hong Kong.
