This seminar focuses on closing that gap through experience based sharing rather than theory.Using real project examples and on site lessons learned, the session will examine how early design decisions influence construction risk, work sequencing, temporary works, and on site safety. Participants will explore where DfS commonly falls short and how designers, contractors, and safety practitioners can work together to make DfS genuinely effective in local construction environments.The seminar will be led by Mr Andy Lo, CFIOSH, a highly experienced occupational safety and health professional with over 40 years of experience on major infrastructure and railway projects.
