Wellness Wednesdays with Madelynn Marie & Laura

The journey toward wellness begins with a single step...Join us for a gathering to elevate your wellbeing.

This once-a-month community event has been birthed from the collaborative inspiration of Reiki Master Laura Tennyson and Madelynn Marie, Owner/Sage Mountain Spa & Wellness. You are invited to explore a variety of holistic practices that can enhance your wellbeing, as well as promoting optimal health.

For the remainder of 2025, we will be offering a one hour class on both Wednesday, November 5th and again on December 10th at 10:30 AM--directly after Laura's yoga class. Plan on making a delightful morning of it! See you there.
