Sounds of Silence - Silent Meditation

The Inner Peace Collective is offering an opportunity to participate in a silent mediation. Meditating in a group often amplifies the experience, allowing participants to enter states of meditation. We will begin with a short talk about the beauty of silence: how healing and rare it is. There will be a brief sound component to lead us into our silent meditation and after 30 minutes of bliss, sound frequencies will bring us out of our meditative state.

This is free to the public, but donations are always welcome.
