*You will be indoors, lying on a hardwood floor. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster for under your knees, eye  covering, water & anything else to ensure your absolute comfort as you relax into a healing peaceful state. You may also bring any crystals you would like cleared and charged by the singing bowls.
