A sound bath is an audible vibrational healing journey. It relaxes the physical body, frees the subconscious mind, and brings the whole being into a natural state of healing. 

This transcending experience slows brainwaves to a dream frequency, improves sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, lowers blood pressure and frees the stagnation created by repressed traumas - effecting the physical, mental and emotional bodies. 

Join us for this chakra cleansing, meditative inner voyage.

You will never be the same... 

*You will be indoors, lying on a hardwood floor. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster for under your knees, eye  covering, water & anything else to ensure your absolute comfort as you relax into a healing peaceful state. You may also bring any crystals you would like cleared and charged by the singing bowls.

It’s a tough time for us all. This is a “pay-what-you-can” event. Please come regardless of your financial situation. Recommended cash donation is $35 but if you are struggling, please just join in the healing offering as my gift to you.
