December Group Breathwork Workshop

Join us for an afternoon of transformative breathwork. In this workshop we will learn the circular, connected breath that is the root of body-based breathwork. With Sadie's gentle guidance we will explore the wisdom that unfolds when we quiet our minds and let the body speak. Each workshop includes educational material, reflective practices, and a 40-50 minute Breathwork session.
