Legends 50+ at CrossFit Trussville

💪🏼 Strength for life starts here at CrossFit Trussville with our brand NEW Legends Program! This program officially begins Wednesday, September 3rd at 10:00am. We are calling all individuals over the age of 50 who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay independent!

✅ This program is designed for those with little to no experience, just the motivation to start! You will be led by Masters athlete, Mike Wright, who is 74 years old and a certified Coaching the Aging Athlete Coach. Each class is paced for progress and focuses on functional strength, balance, and building confidence. This is for anyone ready to stay strong, mobile, and active at any age.
