With over 13 years of experience, multiple instructor roles at CookieCon & Cookie-a-Thon, Best of Business 2025, and frequent appearances on ABC 33/40’s Talk of Alabama, Shannon will guide you step-by-step through the decorating process.

You’ll learn royal icing basics, layering, texture, and decorating tips—then leave with cookies you’ll be proud of.
