Winter Light Photography

Nature has something to offer in every season. In the winter its the stark poetry of trees, the soft light, and the atmospheric shapes of clouds. Winter allows us to compose our images thoughtfully. Shadows and glimmers, the mulch of fallen leaves, the texture of a bare branch: all these things can become strong compositions. This workshop will provide a deeper understanding of aperture, iso and shutter speed as we experiment with different styles of shooting. We will create a landscape 'story' - composed from still-life and large ensemble elements. Come and enjoy a photography walk in crisp winter air and experience this magical season in the park.
