About the event

Thursday Slow Flow

You can expect slow flows and longer holds with lots of modifications and options offered, with an aim to include all bodies and limitations.
Tuesdays gentle slow flow is more appropriate option for beginners. This class is better for practitioners with some yoga experience.
This class will also explore some of the other 8 limbs of yoga, including mudra, meditation, pranayama (breath work) and some yoga philosophy.
EVERY-BODY WELCOME.
