Spring Equinox Moon Yoga Gathering

These Moon Yoga events take place at the Solstices and Equinoxes as auspicious times to come together and mark the turning of the Earth. Each gathering is aimed at creating sacred space for women to gather, nurture, grow, laugh, cry, share, honour themselves and one another and to reside in the truth of their own being.

Over the course of the morning, we will take time to practice Yoga and Pranayama to cherish the body, heart and mind. There will be a session inviting Personal Enquiry as a way of seeking our own truth – this will include some Meditation and time in Nature. The formal session ends with a sharing circle – to witness one another and share experiences. This is followed by a shared lunch to nourish, have space to connect and ground before leaving.
