Rise Up Redruth: Getting Things Done Together

Last time we came together to talk through priorities and explore ideas for Redruth. The energy in the room was brilliant and we surfaced some strong projects and possibilities.

Now it is time to move things forward.

At this session we will share short top line updates on the ideas we discussed, agree next steps and set clear actions and dates. We cannot keep covering the same ground. If we want change, we need plans, ownership and momentum.

You do not need to have come last time. Everyone is welcome and we would love some new voices in the room.

Do you have an idea for a project?
Is there something you keep talking about that you wish would change?
Is there something you would like to help make happen?

Bring it with you and together we will shape it into something practical and achievable.

Last time I felt like I did a lot of the talking and that is not how this should be. This only works if it belongs to all of us.
