- **Event Description**: It is my honor to introduce guest facilitator, Dr. Peter Goodman. Dr. Goodman is a mindfulness meditation practitioner with over 44 years of experience, as well as a manual osteopath/ therapist with over 32 years of experience.
He has been an invaluable mentor to me, sharing his wisdom and knowledge with everyone he meets. His therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that all human beings possess genuine health and human dignity.
March 1, 2026.  The meditation workshop will begin from 9am to 4:30pm with lunch provided by the Five Islands Market . Be sure to bring a comfy cushion, and overnight accommodations are available.
