09.30 – 10.00 Registration

10.00 – 10.45 Short Teaching and guided meditation

10.45 – 11.30 Break

11.30 – 12.15 Short Teaching and guided meditation

12.15 – 12.45 Break

12.45 – 1.30 Short Teaching and guided meditation

Our micro café will be open during the break serving hot and cold drinks and light refreshments.  *All food brought into the venue must be vegetarian.

Non-members: £12

Silver members: £6

Urban Retreat
These events are suitable for everyone. No previous experience needed. Everyone is welcome.

Enjoy the benefits of more time than in our evening classes, the opportunity to meet and talk with others and the chance to take some time out in the peaceful atmosphere of Ganden Ling KMC.
