Climate Walk & Talk - Coastal Climate Conversations Truro River

Join us on Saturday 17th January 2026 for a Climate Resilience themed walk along the Truro River, "Coastal Climate Conversations".

During the event, we will delve into local stories there, learn about the upgrade of the flood defences from the Environment Agency and what we can do to become more resilient ourselves. Climate Walks in other areas have been immensely successful to provide an expanded experience, based on we didn't do 'climate' at school, but there's plenty we can do to adapt and mitigate the effects, even start to innovate and think well about resilience. We would love to see you there!

The Climate Walk 10:30- 12.30 ticket ONLY event is £5 and non-refundable (see get tickets below through Eventbrite), stopping en route for complementary coffee and doughnuts ending at the Cricket Club, an easy 5 minute walk to return to Boscawen Park car park.
