The doughs class

Learn how to make the best pie dough in the world! (My opinion as a chef) It is my
Mother’s recipe and in my experience, (which is about 45 years) I’ve not found a better one. We’ll make scone dough, and tart dough. These are all very versatile ingredients to a finished product. I always have pie and tart dough in my freezer, just in case I want to make a pot pie or a fruit tart , or scones for whenever the mood or circumstances strike me! :). The classes are held in an 1867 Italianate Mansion, with a great kitchen. This class is approximately 1 1/2-2 hours and is $60.
