What can you bring? Clothing, stuffed animals, or small electronics (ex: lamps, toasters, radios) that need repair. We’ll let you know if the job is bigger than what we can handle, and refer to you a local business for repair.

We have three SPECIAL GUESTS this month! Zoë Van Nostrand will demonstrate how to use a felting technique to repair holes in wool (bring a wool sweater or other item), Sarah Koski will be here to make small jewelry repairs, and Mark Rishniw will provide small bicycle repairs throughout the event.

Some types of items not accepted (ex: phones, laptops, dirty or dangerous items). To ask questions, email Laura at director@trumansburglibrary.org.

No registration - walk-ins only. All are welcome! Please bring one or two items per event to allow repair time for other patrons.
