Join senior yoga teacher Eddie Modestini and longtime teacher and therapeutic yoga specialist Kristin Bosteels for a transformative weekend of practice, learning, and self-discovery.

Yoga on the Inside is an approach rooted in the teachings of the Yoga Sutras that balances strength and softness while guiding students inward toward a more meditative and embodied experience. Through thoughtful attention to structural alignment, this practice supports healing and well-being on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Whether you are looking to deepen your existing practice, recover from injury, improve mobility, or simply reconnect with yourself, this workshop offers practical tools and expert guidance in a supportive environment.

Open to all levels. Students with specific injuries or health concerns are welcome, and therapeutic modifications will be offered when appropriate.

Saturday, August 29

Lunges & Backbends
Explore strength, flexibility, and spinal health through intelligently sequenced backbending practices.

Saturday, August 29
2:00–4:00 PM
Hip Openers
Increase mobility, release tension, and create greater ease through standing and seated hip-opening postures.

Sunday, August 30
9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Neck & Shoulders
Relieve accumulated stress and discomfort while improving freedom and balance in the upper body.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS

Eddie Modestini has over 40 years of dedicated yoga practice and teaching experience. Known internationally for his depth of knowledge, precise instruction, and emphasis on structural alignment, he has trained teachers around the world and continues to study with some of the most respected teachers in yoga.

Kristin Bosteels has practiced yoga for more than 20 years and taught for over 15. Her expertise in biomechanics, alignment, and therapeutic applications of yoga allows her to adapt practices for a wide range of students. She is especially passionate about supporting healing and resilience through movement.
