As the longest night of the year arrives, we’re invited to slow down, turn inward, and create space for clarity and renewal. The Winter Solstice offers a natural pause — a moment to release what we’re ready to let go of and welcome what’s beginning to take shape.

RITUAL & SOUND is a co-created ceremonial somatic movement and sound experience with Kate Leist, Kellee Rich & Tiffany Callaway. Together, we weave ritual, movement, and intentional sound into an accessible, grounding practice for body, mind, and spirit.

We’ll open sacred space, set intentions, and move through guided breath, reflection, and a somatic + yin practice to support nervous system regulation, deep listening, and release. Tiffany offers soothing sound throughout the ceremony.

We then shift into restorative yoga nidra and sound bath for full-body rest and integration, closing with journaling and connection as we honor the growth of 2025 and step into the new season with clarity and gratitude.

Yoga mat • journal • cozy layers • an offering for the altar (crystal, stone, flower, piece of jewelry, etc. –you will receive it back after the ceremony) • water bottle
