Primal Belly Dance Beats & Sound Bath with Dragoness & Shikari

An introduction to the ancient art of belly dance through a modern, primal flow experience led by Dragoness. In this class, you’ll tune into your body temple and activate your sacral chakra, awakening the feminine essence that lives in all of us—regardless of age, gender, or experience. We’ll move through the fundamental techniques of belly dance using the whole body: graceful wrist and finger gestures, core isolations, shimmies, and undulations. Each movement invites deeper embodiment, self-expression, and connection to your inner rhythm. Wear comfortable yoga clothing or feel free to adorn yourself with hip scarves or “gypsy” style attire from your closet. No experience needed—just bring your open heart and willingness to move. We'll close this session with a blissful sound bath led by Shikari, allowing the vibrations from our dane movement integrate and sync into you. Leave feeling empowered, activated, and inspired.
