We'll begin with grounding prāṇāyāma to settle the body and mind, moving into a guided meditation woven with the crystal singing bowls. From there, we'll ease into restorative yoga, allowing the body to soften further before the sound bath begins. The evening closes with an extended orchestral sound meditation, composed primarily in the keys of C and G across the third to fifth octaves, featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, Tibetan and Nepalese bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rainstick, and other resonant instruments. This session is held in TMF's theater room, built out with professional-grade acoustics, and kept warm specifically for the sound bath so your body can fully let go into rest.
