Looking for a gentle way to improve your strength, balance, and confidence while staying active? Join us at LCCOA for Tai Chi for Fall Prevention, a relaxing and effective exercise program designed especially for older adults.

This course is led by Tyler Hall, MU Extension Nutrition and Health Specialist, and focuses on slow, controlled movements that help improve balance, posture, flexibility, and overall well-being. Tai Chi is widely known for helping reduce the risk of falls while also supporting cardiovascular health and quality of life.

Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00 PM at the LCCOA Community Center in Troy.

✅ $50 for 18 sessions (that’s under $3 per class!)
✅ Pre-registration required
✅ Class size is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
