Throughout our lives, we carry far more than we realize. Some of what weighs on us—fear, guilt, over-responsibility, or the sense that we must carry others’ pain—does not begin with us. These burdens often arise from inherited patterns and unconscious loyalties to those who came before us. When we bring them to light with respect, we free ourselves to live more fully, and we honor the deeper flow of life that connects us all.
In this constellation and ritual workshop, we will work experientially to release what no longer needs to be carried and open to what is waiting to be received. Through guided ritual, participants will symbolically give back burdens that do not belong to them, and in turn receive gifts—strengths, blessings, and wisdom—from their lineage.
This workshop draws on the principles of Systemic Constellations, a process that reveals hidden family and ancestral dynamics so that love and vitality can flow more freely through the system. It is suitable for those new to constellation work as well as experienced participants wishing to deepen their practice.
You will leave with a greater sense of lightness, belonging, and connection to the larger forces of life.
