Passionate about men’s mental health, he creates grounded, supportive spaces where people, especially men, can breathe, soften, and reconnect without pressure or expectation. His teaching blends slow, intentional movement with breathwork and presence, offering an accessible approach to wellness that feels human, real, and deeply needed.Angela McBrideAngela is a 200-hour RYT-certified yoga teacher and Reiki Level I practitioner whose work is shaped by lived experience, intuition, and a deep understanding of the nervous system. After walking through her own trauma and learning how to come back to herself piece by piece, she now guides others in slowing down, breathing deeper, and reconnecting with the parts of themselves they’ve had to hold together for too long. Her classes weave stillness, grounding, and energy awareness in a way that feels real, relatable, and safe. Offering a space where people can release tension, settle their system, and exist without judgment. Angela’s approach is honest and heart-led, rooted in the belief that you don’t have to be “healed” to show up.
