- **Event Description**: Move, stretch, breathe, and prepare for the day with our newest Ayengar Yoga offering. This 50-minute mindful movement class will use blocks, belts, and other props to help your body stay aligned. We supply all props (yoga blocks, belts, blankets), though you are welcome to bring your own.

• $20 per person
• Sign up before the day of your desired class to receive $5 off for Early Booking! Discount included at checkout.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to use the restroom, set up your spot, and settle in for class.

If you have any physical restrictions or medical conditions that limit your movement, please talk to your instructor before the class to determine if and what modifications may be needed for you to get the most benefit out of the class.
