Jake & Alejandro Griffin-Diaz are a husband and husband team running their dream coffee shops JACOB ALEJANDRO located in Troy & Albany, NY. Both have extensive experience in the specialty coffee & hospitality industries and love to highlight world class coffee producers and roasters from aroundthe globe.
Alejandro originally hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala, while Jake was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. They met and fell in love in the coffee world and opened their first shop in downtown Troy in December of 2020. They continue to expand their coffee program and experiences and aim to elevate what a great cup of coffee is in their community.
