💚 No One Should Have to Choose Between Rent and Groceries
Too many families in Lincoln County are facing that exact choice this holiday season.
On November 15, 2025, from 2–4 PM, at the Lincoln County Council on Aging Hall, Girl Scout Troop 3677 is hosting a Community Dinner — a warm meal for anyone who needs it and food to take home for the days ahead.
This meal is open to:
• Disabled Veterans
• The elderly
• Those facing food insecurity
• Anyone who simply wants to share in community and kindness
Anyone needing additional food is welcome to take home canned food, shelf stables and baby formula. No questions asked.
🙌 How You Can Help
🧤 Volunteer – We need helping hands to greet guests, serve food, set up, and clean up.
💵 Donate Money – Donations under $200 can be made directly to GSEM Troop 3677. Your contribution helps cover the cost of the venue, hot meals, and take-home food.

Anyone (individual or business) donating $50 or more will be recognized on a poster displayed at the event.
🍲 Donate Food – Local restaurants, bakers, and cafés are invited to contribute a side dish or dessert. We’ll proudly display a sign acknowledging your business!
🛒 Donate Take-Home Items – We need baby formula, canned goods, and shelf-stable foods to help families beyond the dinner table.
Think Thanksgiving essentials: boxed stuffing, canned vegetables, mashed potato flakes, etc.
