About the Practitioner: This session is guided by Dawn Harding, a registered psycho-spiritual counsellor and energy practitioner from The Inner Path. Dawn’s work is rooted in a lifelong fascination with people, their stories, emotions, and the way the mind and body hold both struggle and strength. She began her career as a holistic therapist, where she discovered the power of being truly heard and the deep impact of holding a compassionate, confidential space. Her journey led her into counselling training in 2012, and today her approach weaves together integrative psycho-spiritual counselling, body awareness practices, therapeutic shamanism and ancient wisdom traditions, alongside energy work including Rahanni and Reiki.
