Martin Luther King Jr- Day of Service

Join us for Martin Luther Jr Day- Day of Service on Friday, January 16, 2026 starting at 8:30am, as we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King. We will begin the day with a free community breakfast at the Career Academy & Technical School Community Room and an inspirational moment with our guest speakers. Then town staff, along with community members will move out to embark on a community service project. The public is welcome to join us for the day's events. You can join us for the breakfast and service project, or just one or the other.
