Facilitated by Buddhist writer / poet and nature communicator Carrie Bancroft, we'll delve deep with nature-inspired writing prompts and heart-opening meditation practices, forest bathing and writing next to the river under the inspiring gaze of the resplendent Mount Adams.Nourished by nature, delicious vegetarian meals and the fellowship of other nature-loving women, there will also be fire circles and singing, a heart-opening cacao ceremony led by shamanic healer Meara VisionHawk, and river cold-plunging for those who wish.
