- **Event Description**: Hello, I’m Vanessa,  a Chilean living in Trondheim, with a background in kinesiology, dance and Zumba instructor, and mother of three boys.

Over the past years living here, I’ve had the beautiful opportunity to meet many women who enjoy dance and music not only as exercise, but as a form of therapy , a space to reconnect with themselves, release stress, and feel joy. Through these experiences, meaningful friendships and strong support networks have grown.

That’s why I couldn’t leave out of this wonderful community the women who are going through such a special and transformative time: motherhood ?

Join us for Baila Mamma, a joyful dance course designed for mothers and their babies ??

This is a 6-class babywearing dance course where you can move, connect, and enjoy music while keeping your baby close.
Classes will include mostly Latin rhythms (such as salsa, bachata, merengue, reggaeton and others), along with a variety of music styles, always adapted to be gentle, safe and fun for you and your baby ✨


? Dates: Wednesdays from August 19 to September 23
⏰ Time: 12:00 – 13:00
? For babies up to 12–18 months (maximum)
? Price: 1000 NOK (full course)

⚠️ Limited spots available to ensure a safe, personalized and supportive experience.

Important Information:

Each participant must bring a suitable ergonomic baby carrier appropriate for their baby’s age and size
No previous dance experience is needed
Movements will be gentle, safe, and adapted for both mother and baby.
