In the middle of the December frenzy, artist Ana Dunjić opens a cultural decontamination bunker for people who feel misaligned in a month of forced cheer – with a properly sour pickle fountain, sculptural butter (nobody knows why), and aggressively complex cheeses. Because December is a psychological escape room, and we all need clues.

“My Every Norwegian Christmas” is a relational artwork unfolding in real time, in how we sit together a little awkwardly, anticipate with mild dread, and watch our shared discomfort slowly melt into connection and catharsis. (Trust me, it's bound to happen.)

A space for:
• immigrants failing to decode December in Norway
• Sámi natives, neo-pagans, vikings, and witches who center the solstice rituals
• minimalists personally offended by gift-mountain consumerist trash
• the lonely people who don't get invited anywhere
• anyone who has quietly escaped a julebord to breathe in a stairwell, toilet, or walk-in freezer that is our natural habitat.

We’ll spend the evening proudly owning our most extreme December character tropes, with taste, depth and humor, and discover the raw power and freedom of being a fully certified hater of juletid while everyone else is getting high on ribbe-based delulu.

Coming alone is thematically appropriate and warmly encouraged.

Event is held in English, native survivors are welcome.
