Gjennom hele helgen vil rommet være åpent for publikum. Besøkende inviteres til å møte kunstneren, observere den pågående prosessen, delta i samtaler og dele en varm drikk. Prosjektet utfolder seg kontinuerlig gjennom de tre dagene, slik at publikum kan møte verket i ulike stadier av transformasjon.

Kødannelser tar utgangspunkt i et rom som aldri er fast, men som hele tiden forflytter seg.  Det kan oppleves annerledes fra gang til gang og endrer forventningen til hva rommet er.I dette prosjektet forsøker Lersveen en utvikling der publikum må forhandle rommet på nytt.

Gjennom helgen gjøres kontinuerlige videoopptak i kjelleren på Kunsthall Trondheim. Disse opptakene projiseres tilbake i rommet i sanntid og skaper subtile forskyvninger og transformasjoner i installasjonen. Lersveen arbeider med objekter og arkitektoniske elementer som allerede finnes i rommet, sammen med materialer produsert under selve utstillingen, i dialog med både nye og tidligere opptak. Kødannelser utvikler seg over tid og har ingen tydelig start eller slutt.

*Utstillingen inkluderer kontinuerlige live videoopptak i rommet, hvor nakenhet kan forekomme som en del av arbeidsprosessen.

During the weekend of 19–21 June, we welcome artist Pål Lersveen into our mediation room to develop the video work Kødannelser.

Throughout the weekend, the space will remain open to the public. Visitors are invited to meet the artist, observe the ongoing process, engage in conversation, and share a warm drink. The project unfolds continuously over the course of the three days, allowing audiences to encounter the work in different stages of transformation.

Kødannelser is based on a space that is never fixed, but constantly shifting. It may be experienced differently from one moment to the next, altering expectations of what a room is and how it can be inhabited. In this work, Lersveen explores a process in which the audience must continuously renegotiate their relationship to the space.

During the weekend, continuous video recordings are made in the basement of Kunsthall Trondheim. These recordings are projected back into the room in real time, producing subtle transformations and displacements within the installation. Lersveen works with objects and architectural elements already present in the space, alongside materials produced during the exhibition itself, in dialogue with both new and previously recorded footage.

*The exhibition includes continuous live video recording in the space, where nudity may occur as part of the working process.
